The clients for this project were two brothers hoping to move their young families to the same location in East Bridgford.

These five bed dwellings and additional outbuilding have been designed in a traditional New England style and will be constructed using a mix of Reclaimed Red Brick, Lime Washed Render, Clay Pan Tiles with Timber Cladding to the front and rear gables. The dwellings have been designed to promote the ingress of natural light, making the property feel larger and spacious and each have rear balconies that overlook their own paddocks.

This development is a successful example of meeting a client’s very particular expectations whilst maintaining a sympathetic, traditional approach to new build design that will stand the test of time.
