This dilapidated apartment block was extended and refurbished to allow additional apartments and create quality spaces for people to live in.

The addition of the third and forth floor made for five additional 3 bed flats, when combined with the refurbished flats this scheme has 13 2 bed flats.

The exterior has taken inspiration from the original building and used white render plinth with a red brick above. This helps the scheme to fit within its context.
